
Trevor Chandler, B.E.S., M.Sc., P. Geo.Fluvial Geomorphologist, Senior Project Manager
Trevor is a fluvial geomorphologist with nearly 30 years of experience. Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams, he has investigated a wide diversity of watercourses across Canada and the United States to support initiatives that safeguard both the aquatic systems and the sites that surround them. His expertise is in the assessments of channel morphology, stability and erosion, channel restoration, and post impoundment monitoring at dams. Trevor is involved in many project aspects including developing study designs, field data collection, data analysis, and reporting. He has led many field teams involving a wide range of environmental concepts, from the measurement of river morphology and condition to the delineation of industrial effluent in lakes, rivers, and tidal estuaries. Trevor is also an enthusiastic amateur astronomer who owns and operates several telescopes as well as a state-of-the-art digital planetarium system that helps him share his lifelong passion for the Universe with students and families in his community.
